To ensure security, transparency, and account integrity, Global4EX strongly recommends operating from a single device and maintaining one consistent IP address whenever possible.
Frequent or unexplained changes in IP address usage may indicate account misuse, sharing, or fraudulent activity and may trigger further review.
🔹 Rules on IP Usage & Multiple Accounts
• Creating multiple accounts under the same name, or using false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information, is strictly prohibited
• If multiple user accounts are detected operating under the same IP address, this may trigger an investigation for:
o Account sharing
o Identity misuse
o Rule violations or fraud
• The use of multiple IP addresses without geographic or logical consistency may be treated as suspicious behavior
Global4EX reserves the right to monitor IP usage to protect the integrity of its trading environment.
❗ Consequences for IP Policy Violations
If irregular or suspicious IP-related activity is identified, Global4EX may take one or more of the following actions:
• Warning
A formal notification may be issued if multiple IPs or multiple accounts are detected under the same IP address
• Profit Adjustment or Reset
In the event of a confirmed violation:
o The account may be reset
o Profits may be adjusted or removed
o If no profits were generated, the account may not be reinstated
• Account Closure
In serious or repeated cases, the account may be permanently closed, with no right to withdraw any accumulated profits
🔄 Exceptions & IP Changes
Global4EX understands that traders may occasionally need to access their accounts from different devices or locations.
In such cases, traders must ensure:
• The IP region remains consistent with their usual country or location
• Any significant or unusual IP change may require verification documentation, such as:
o Travel records
o Passport stamps
o Other identity confirmation documents
Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in restrictions or account action.
